• Monetize misleading, pirated, or plagiarized content.
• Act with intent to scam, steal, or disrupt the platform or its users.

4. Fees and Payments

• Mintyplex charges a 5% commission on all tips and transactions.
• Accepted payment methods include blockchain-based stablecoins and fiat currencies.
• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to Mintyplex’s sole discretion.

5. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for ensuring the legality of their content and activities.
• Accounts must be set up with accurate information, including email, legal name, age, gender, and profession.

6. Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of their content.
• Mintyplex may review, moderate, or remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Account Termination

• Users can delete their accounts permanently at any time.
• Mintyplex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Mintyplex is not liable for user-uploaded content or actions.
• Mintyplex is not liable for transactions or disputes between users.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes may be resolved through arbitration or in Delaware courts.

10. Changes to the Terms

Mintyplex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
